DELIVERY POLICY

OVERVIEW

SkillJets delivers digital products (websites) electronically. This policy explains our delivery timelines, process, and what to expect after you place an order.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery times by package:

• Starter Package — 3 to 5 business days
• Business Package — 5 to 7 business days
• Premium Package — 7 to 14 business days
• Landing Page — 2 to 4 business days
• Website Redesign — 5 to 10 business days

WHEN THE CLOCK STARTS

Delivery timelines begin only after all of the following conditions are met:

• Advance payment (50%) is confirmed
• Project brief and requirements are received and approved
• All required content (text, images, logo) is submitted by you
• Any design references or style preferences are shared

HOW WE DELIVER

Completed websites are delivered via:

• A staging/preview link shared via email for your review
• Source files (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP) shared via email or Google Drive after final approval
• Deployment assistance on your hosting server (if included in the package or as an add-on)

REVISIONS

All packages include a reasonable number of revisions during the review phase. We work with you until you are satisfied within the agreed scope. Requests outside the original brief may be quoted separately.

DELAYS

If we anticipate a delay due to our own workload or circumstances, we will notify you immediately and provide a revised timeline. Delays caused by late content submission or unresponsiveness from the client are not our responsibility.
