All projects require a 50% advance payment before work begins. This advance is non-refundable once project work has commenced, as it covers the time and resources allocated to your project.

To request a refund, contact us at support@skilljets.in with your order details and reason. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
We encourage you to contact us directly before raising any payment dispute with your bank or Razorpay. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
