TERMS OF SERVICE

AGREEMENT

By engaging SkillJets for web design or development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any project.

SERVICES

SkillJets provides web design and development services including but not limited to: business websites, landing pages, portfolio sites, website redesigns, and related add-on services as described on our website.

PROJECT PROCESS

• All projects begin with a written brief or consultation
• Scope, deliverables, and payment terms are agreed before work begins
• 50% advance payment is required to start any project
• Remaining 50% is due upon delivery and approval
• Revisions are included within the agreed scope

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to the completed website design and code are transferred to you. SkillJets retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Deliver all required content (text, images, logo) on time
• Respond to queries and review requests within reasonable time
• Ensure you own or have rights to all content you provide

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SkillJets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered websites, including but not limited to loss of business or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In such cases, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. The advance payment is non-refundable if work has commenced.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
