Starter sites take 3–5 working days, business sites 5–7 and premium builds 7–14. The clock starts once we have your content, the agreed brief and the advance payment.

Your business name and logo, the text for each page (we can help write it), photos if you have them, a few websites you like, and your preferred colours. We send a short brief form that walks you through it.

Every project is quoted on its scope — number of pages, features and timeline. Send us your requirements and you'll get a clear written quote within 24 hours, with no hidden fees.

Yes. We're based in Hyderabad and work with clients across India over WhatsApp, email and video calls.

After we agree the scope we send a secure Razorpay payment link. Usually 50% is paid before work starts and 50% on delivery. UPI, cards, net banking and wallets are accepted.

If you cancel before work begins, the advance is refundable within 7 days. Once work has started the advance covers time already spent. See the refund policy for the full details.

Payments are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Your card or UPI details go straight to Razorpay — we never see or store them. You receive an invoice for every payment.

Packages cover design and development. Domain and hosting are bought in your name so you own them — we recommend providers and can set everything up as an add-on.

Yes. Every site is built mobile-first and tested on phones, tablets and desktops before handover.

Starter includes 7 days, Business 30 days and Premium 60 days of support for fixes and small adjustments. Monthly maintenance plans are available after that.

Yes. Once the final payment is made, the design and code are yours and we hand over all source files.
