Delivery Policy

📦 SkillJets provides digital services only. All deliverables are sent electronically. There is no physical product or shipping involved.

This Delivery Policy explains how and when SkillJets delivers completed website projects to clients. Because all our services are digital, delivery takes the form of electronic file transfer and website handover — not physical shipment.

1. Nature of Delivery

SkillJets delivers the following digital products and services:

  • Completed website files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and related assets)
  • Image and media files used in the website
  • Database files (where applicable)
  • Login credentials for any CMS or admin panel (where applicable)
  • Setup on your hosting server (if included in the package)

All deliverables are provided electronically via email or secure file transfer. No physical products are shipped.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines for each package are as follows:

  • Starter Package: 3–5 business days
  • Business Package: 5–7 business days
  • Premium Package: 7–14 business days
  • Landing Page: 2–4 business days
  • Website Redesign: 5–10 business days

Important: These timelines are estimates and begin only once all of the following conditions are met:

  • The advance payment (50%) has been received.
  • The project scope and requirements have been confirmed in writing.
  • All required content (text, images, logo, references) has been provided by the Client.

3. Delivery Process

The delivery process follows these steps:

  • Step 1 — Design Preview: We send an initial design preview (mockup or staging link) for your approval before completing the full build.
  • Step 2 — Development: Once the design is approved, we complete the full development of the website.
  • Step 3 — Review: We share the completed website (on a staging link or via file transfer) for your review and feedback.
  • Step 4 — Revisions: We incorporate any requested revisions within the scope of the agreed package.
  • Step 5 — Final Delivery: Upon your approval and receipt of the final payment, we deliver all files and/or deploy the website to your live hosting environment.

4. How We Deliver Files

Completed website files are delivered via one or more of the following methods:

  • Email: A download link or zipped attachment sent to your registered email address.
  • Google Drive / Dropbox: A shared folder link containing all website files and assets.
  • Direct server upload: If you provide FTP/hosting credentials, we can upload the website directly to your server.
  • cPanel File Manager: For Hostinger and similar hosting providers, we can upload directly via cPanel if access is provided.

5. Client Responsibilities for Delivery

To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide content (text, images, logo) promptly after project confirmation.
  • Review design previews and respond with feedback within 2 business days.
  • Provide hosting credentials (FTP, cPanel) if server setup is required.
  • Ensure their hosting environment is active and accessible.

Delays caused by the Client's unavailability or late content submission will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

6. Delivery of Staging vs Live Website

We typically present the completed website on a staging (preview) link before the final delivery. The staging website allows you to review the design and functionality without it being publicly live.

The live website is only deployed after:

  • You have reviewed and approved the staged version.
  • All revisions have been completed.
  • The final payment has been received.

7. Domain and Hosting

Unless explicitly included in your package, domain registration and web hosting are the Client's responsibility. SkillJets will advise you on choosing a suitable domain and hosting provider and can assist with setup as part of the delivery process or as an add-on service.

We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or issues related to your hosting provider after delivery.

8. Post-Delivery Support

All packages include post-delivery support:

  • Starter: 7 days of support after delivery
  • Business: 30 days of support after delivery
  • Premium: 60 days of support after delivery

During this period, we will address any bugs, display issues, or minor adjustments related to the delivered project. Support is available via email at support@skilljets.in.

Support does not include new features, additional pages, or content updates unless these were included in the original scope.

9. What Happens If Delivery is Delayed

If SkillJets is unable to deliver the project within the estimated timeline due to reasons on our end, we will:

  • Notify you proactively via email explaining the reason for the delay.
  • Provide a revised delivery date.
  • If the delay is significant and unacceptable to you, we will discuss resolution options, which may include a partial refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
